I’m the Team Leader for the Customer Engagement Team at Asolvi.
Currently, I am the first point of contact for Customers who require support for their software or have a general enquiry.
This is a new role within Asolvi and my goal is to develop and grow this into an integral department within Asolvi. Engaging with customers is very important for my team and I and our aim is to ensure we provide the customers with a good and positive experience. Joining Tesseract in 2007 that now is Asolvi, to date, I have progressed from Call Handler to now leading a Team that engages with 100’s of customers every day. There are always new challenges coming my way and this keeps my working day both exciting and interesting.
