About the role:
The Fire & Security Sales Consultant role will suit an ambitious and driven individual who can generate leads and create opportunities. You will do this by building excellent rapport with potential customers.
What you will be doing:
Generating new business by running the entire sales process including identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, engaging with decision makers and influencers, and moving opportunities to the sales pipeline.
This is likely to include prospecting via cold calling, social media, trade shows/events, delivering product demonstrations and other proactive activities to generate new business.
What you will bring:
At least +1-year experience in sales with proven results
Strong customer focus along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in B2B sales
Good computer skills, ideally including experience of using the MS Office-package, CRM-system, and presentation applications
Goal-oriented and persistent
Self-sufficient and willing to give everything to succeed
You are social, enthusiastic, a hunter and love to close deals
The ability to see a potential deal
Excellent at building relationships and expanding your network
Fluent in German and comfortable in written and spoken English
Knowledge and/or experience in the security industry
Worked with complex/long sales cycles
Knowledge/skills in CRM-systems, accounting-systems OR Service management systems

Location: Dusseldorf (within 2 hours), Home-based with travel to customers, therefore drivers licence required.
